The Bricks is a bar, restaurant and coffee shop run by Skatepark of Tampa. They clearly mark their vegan and gluten-free options. Vegan dishes include hummus and crostini, black bean muenta, and a rice bowl containing a portobello mushroom, pickled jalapeno, cucumber, roasted red pepper, hummus, and a balsamic vinaigrette.
