Blue Highway is a pizzeria with a focus on local and organic ingredients when available. As well as pizzas, they serve sandwiches, small plates, salads and pasta.
They offer gluten-free pasta and pizza crusts, as well as vegan mozzarella and tempeh. Although they don't mark all vegan options, they do have them so please speak with your server. You can create your own pizza and pasta dishes.
