Grandpa Mac, Coastal Highway

Grandpa Mac is an American pasta restaurant in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. There are two locations, with this one being on Coastal Highway.

This vegan-friendly outlet features a pasta menu which has two essential options: a build-it-yourself option and a signature chef’s dishes option, both of which have clearly labelled vegan offerings. If you build it, you can choose the vegan chicken or sausage, add tomato sauce or walnut chilli and top it with vegan mozzarella, or you could opt for the chef’s own vegan “mac & un-cheese” dish. There are also soups, salads and panini sandwiches.

The venues make the pasta fresh daily, and also offer takeout, delivery and catering options.

There are occasional events hosted (details can be found on Facebook) which have previously included vegan cookery classes.
