El Cotorro is an omni Mexican restaurant in Albuquerque. There is a vegan taco option, Al Pastor and Guisado (purslane, chard, potato, garlic, salsa roja, served on a corn tortilla). The tacos are made from scratch and dishes are inspired by southern Mexico and Mexico City cuisine. Mexican iced teas are a local favorite.
