Full Bloom is an all-vegan restaurant whose mission is to produce animal-caring, health conscious cuisine with a special dining experience. Their focus is on fresh organic ingredients that come from local farms and small distribution companies. They are located inside the Crest Hotel. Reservations only.
They serve brunch on weekends, which includes acai bowls, croissants, pancakes, a mock tuna club sandwich, chickpea omelette with mushrooms, baby spinach and hollandaise sauce, and a breakfast platter containing eggplant bacon, scrambled tofu, mushrooms and country style potatoes.
Their dinner options include jackfruit empanaditas, raw carrot brazil nut soup, homemade ravioli in butter sage sauce, plantain lasagna, mocha salted caramel chocolate lava cake and tiramisu.
