Sabor Peruano is an omni Peruvian restaurant in Santa Fe. There is a separate vegan menu with five dishes, including the traditional Lomo Saltado made with fresh seitan and gluten free rice, palta rellena (stuffed avocados) and the lucky Andes (quinoa and spinach stuffed tomatoes with a variety of vegan cheese and Peruvian spices). The restaurant also offers cultural lectures on medicinal healing plants, Andean cosmology, and information on trips to Peruvian amazon.
