Paymon's Mediterranean Café & Lounge on West Maryland Parkway opened in 1988, being joined in 2004 by a second location on West Sahara Avenue. The small neighborhood eatery has evolved into one of the most highly awarded restaurants in Las Vegas. The menu focuses on Italian, Greek and Middle Eastern specialties and also offers several specialties from India. There are several options that are vegan or can be made vegan, including the Falafel and Stuffed Grape Leaves.
