The Brook is a vegan restaurant and cocktail bar that serves seasonal, locally sourced, homemade vegan food, house recipe cocktails and fresh smoothies and juices. Dishes have included beer battered tofish, satay skewers, mushroom and spinach lasagne, and banoffee pie.
