Green Wave Cafe

Green Wave Cafe is a café that serves gourmet vegan and organic living foods with an extensive family of wonderful raw food chefs and certified health educators. They also offer classes on making raw food recipes, detoxification, healing and lifestyle modification.

All of their dishes are vegan, gluten-free and raw (except for their daily homemade soup, which is cooked). Their dishes include sushi hand rolls, cheese burgers, lettuce boat tacos, Philly cheese steak, tuna melt, falafel coconut curry and desserts such as cheesecake and chocolate banana pie.
