Iron Hen Café is an independently owned coffee shop and café that serves organic, fair trade coffee and local, seasonal and sustainable food.
Whenever possible, the ingredients used is organic and North Carolina grown and the café is committed to recycling, reducing waste and insuring all disposable products are eco-sound.
Iron Hen Café has half a dozen vegan options on their menu, which are marked with a V for easy ordering. Choose from dishes like Vegan Black Bean Cakes, Tofu Tacos and Tomato Coconut Soup and Whole Grain Hash.
