Futo Buta is a wonderful dining experience for vegans, with options on the menu clearly marked and plant-based versions of all house specials. There are four Izakaya dishes to choose from (the popular Fried Red Miso Tofu Skewers being one), a vegan Ramen (Niwa), Roasted Eggplant & Zucchini Buns and a Vegan Donburi.
