Franktuary is a downtown bar and restaurant in the Lawrenceville area of Pittsburgh, serving lunch, dinner and drinks from the late morning and throughout the day, specialising – as the name suggests – in frankfurters and sausages. It has a wide variety of vegan menu choices and specials including non-GMO tofu franks, vegan gravy fries, vegan frank Bangkok style – Thai peanut sauce, carrots and cabbage and cilantro – and even vegan chili. Many styles can also be made vegan on request. There are also beers, wine and cocktails to help everything go down.

Check Facebook for the latest on: current happy hours, daily deals, weekly events and the location of the Franctary food truck.

Franktuary has also shown its commitment to the future of people and the planet by being awarded the gold "plate" designation as part of the of Sustainable Pittsburgh Restaurant initiative.
