Tân Lac Viên Vietnamese Bistro is a modern and welcoming Vietnamese restaurant found in the heart of the Squirrel Hill neighborhood of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Offering a menu which includes meat, it does have a variety of vegan options. There is a section of the menu given over exclusively to vegan offerings, such as the lotus salad with a choice of tofu or seitan or the vegan bun rice noodle. There is also a vegan option for the house speciality of com tam, or broken rice. There are often additional vegan dishes available, maybe the Singapore noodles or the pho and spicy basil.
