Gluuteny Bakery is a dedicated gluten-free and dairy-free bakery in the Squirrel Hill district, baking fresh products every day.
Unsurprisingly, much of the menu is vegan including all the breads, savouries, donuts and tea cookies. Many of the cupcakes are too, such as the cappuccino, chocolate and toasted almond varieties. In the summer months there is also vegan ice cream.
Online there are vegan brownies and chocolate chip cookies which can be ordered anytime.
Gluuteny Bakery has been voted Pittsburgh Magazine's Readers Poll winner for Best Gluten Free Eats for five years in a row.
