Mekong Restaurant is an award-winning omni Vietnamese restaurant and bar in Richmond. Vegan dishes include the Dau Hu Kho To (caramelized crispy tofu clay pot style with shiitake mushroom and onion in garlic black pepper sauce), Dau Hu Sot Ca Chua (crispy tofu sautéed in fresh tomato sauce with onion, scallion and cilantro) and the Dau Hu Xao Cai Ngot (sautéed crispy tofu with baby bok choy, onion, and shittake mushroom in garlic brown sauce).
