Earthen Jar

Earthen Jar is a vegetarian buffet in Ann Arbor that serves delicious, healthy Indian cuisine.

Although not a strictly vegan eatery, most of the menu is vegan-friendly with plenty of delicious dishes to choose from. These options range from a selection of hot buffet dishes such as a channa masala (chickpeas in a thick and spicy tomato sauce), an alu bhujia (curried potatoes) and sag tofu (spinach and tofu), to a variety of cold buffet dishes (for example, a chickpea salad), sides dishes such as naan breads and a choice of tasty desserts including a banana pudding and a few baked goods and cakes. There are also plenty of gluten-free dishes to choose from.

The drinks menu offers a range of beverages including sodas, a soy mango lassi, and Indian herbal teas.
