¡Duino! (Duende) is an eatery in Burlington that serves international street food-inspired cuisine.
Although a meat-serving establishment, they offer plenty of vegan dishes and most items on the menu can be adapted to make them vegan-friendly. A few of these options include tamarind marinated tofu skewers, Korean tacos made with seitan or tofu, a selection of entrées such as a vegetarian burger and a seitan Greek gyro as well as a few brunch and lunch menu options that are available on Saturday and Sunday (for example, a tofu kale scramble). A tempeh bacon is also available on this menu. In addition to this, they offer plenty of add on's that you can use to customize your meal such as Daiya vegan cheese, and a vegan chipotle mayo. Gluten-free options are provided.
