Empire Chinese Kitchen is located downstairs from Empire club and live music venue. The kitchen specializes in dim sum, traditional and modern Chinese soul food that takes advantage of Maine's amazing natural resources. They offer vegan and gluten-free options that are clearly labeled on the menu. Vegan dishes include vegetable ramen, Chinese eggplant, kale and noodles, and kung pao tofu.
