The majority of their appetizers are vegan (including the Vegetable Karokke, Tofu Miso Yaki, the Tofu, Mixed Veggie Eggplant and Tempeh Gyoza (dumplings) and the Vegetable Tempura) and there is at least one vegan option for every entree. Popular choices are the Tofu Katsu and Spicy Garlic Tempeh.
