Taste - Phoenixville

Taste is a modern, contemporary fully vegan restaurant in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, brought to the market by Sand Castle Winery in Erwinna.

Converting to a fully vegan menu in May 2017, Taste has worked to produce what it believes may be a “game-changing” offering, collaborating with Herbivorous Butcher and a renowned Philadelphia chef and focusing on the protein, they have produced a full menu. Offering such vegan choices as butternut squash soup, chargrilled filet, ribeye sliders, tacos and grilled beef, and to follow seasonal pumpkin pups and ice cream. It is garnering positive reviews from vegans and omnis alike.

There is also a full bar featuring spirits, craft beer, and Sand Castle‘s wine products. TASTE also features its own selection of 20 infused extra virgin olive oils and balsamic vinegars.
