Panchos Vegan Tacos

Actually never been to the brick and mortar restaurant but am a huge fan of their food truck.

This is the BEST vegan Mexican food I've ever had, hands down. Stick with the meals though. The rice pudding leaves something to be desired. We had the street tacos, nacho fries, and quesadilla with horchata. It was all absolutely delicious and they got the faux meat down! Definitely would go back, also because it's across the street from Sprouts so good first restaurant to go to when you come into town so you can stop by and get your essentials before heading back to the AirBnB 💚

my favorite vegan place to go, i’ve only ever had their burger but that’s enough to keep me coming back! tastes just like what i remember burgers tasted like, even my meat eater father said it tastes real! i wish there was another location, lately every time i’ve stopped by it’s super busy ): not their fault tho, they’re just so good lol
