At Mizumi, chef Devin Hashimoto uses his fresh approach to Japanese cuisine by presenting a choice of dining experiences - a robatayaki bar, a teppanyaki room, sushi and sashimi, and items from his kitchen. Located at Wynn, the entire restaurant looks out over private Japanese gardens surrounding an idyllic pond with a shimmering 90-foot waterfall. There is a vegan menu available on request, with choices such as Gardein Chick'n Napoleon and Organic Agedashi Tofu.
