At GlutenZero Bakery, all of their baked goods are prepared with 100% gluten free ingredients. They do not use Xanthium, hydrolyzed oils, modified starches or caramel coloring and that kicks their bakery up from GlutenFree to GlutenZero. They have very high quality control and a dedicated GlutenZero kitchen. There are many vegan choices, including breads, cakes and cupcakes.
