Ipanema Café is an omni International café in Richmond serving lunch and dinner. Most of the items on the menu are vegetarian or vegan. Vegan dishes include the plantain pakora (with cilantro chutney), vegan Caesar salad (Romaine with vegan Caesar dressing, carrots, tomatoes, croutons, topped with grilled Twin Oaks tofu) and stewed black beans, squash and tofu (with frilled pineapple and mashed yucca). Gluten-free choices are available.
