Zagol is the first restaurant in the Reno, Lake Tahoe region to offer traditional Ethiopian cuisine. Each guest is prepared a meal as though they were sitting down to a holiday dinner at the chef's very own table. All of the vegetarian dishes are vegan, such as the Kilkil and the Mesir Wat.
