The Mercury Café is a community restaurant and live music, theatre and performance venue. The pagan vegan plate has grilled polenta, steamed vegetables, quinoa, spicy tempeh and vegetarian green chili. Some of the salads, sandwiches and specials are also vegan. The café serves organic, local and fair-trade food and is powered by solar panels and wind turbines. You can dine in the Rose Dining Room (with quiet beautiful jazz and classical musicians), or in the Jungle Dining Room (with entertainment of song, jazz, concerts, community theater, flamenco, opera, poetry or films).
(can vary during public holidays)
