Himalayan Taste is a restaurant in Galveston that serves delicious Indian and Nepalese cuisine.
Although a meat-serving eatery, they do have a few vegan-friendly dishes on the menu. These include gobi Manchurian (an Indian cauliflower with tomato sauce dish), samosa, tofu Manchurian (similar to gobi Manchurian but made with tofu), vegetable soup, a korma, and a jhaneko dal dish (yellow lentils in spices).
