The Blue Cat Café is a plant-based eatery in Austin that is not only a cat adoption center but also a great place to find delicious food and great coffee.
They are 100% vegan and serve a range of tasty dishes including a selection of Tex-Mex such as quesadilla's, tamales, and tacos. They also offer a variety of starters, sandwiches (for example, BBQ brisket), and wraps including a Southwestern fajita wrap. A kids menu is provided and they have gluten-free options available throughout the menu.
The drinks menu has a great selection of hot and cold beverages with plenty of specialty tea and coffee based drinks to choose from, all prepared using soy milk. They also have a choice of smoothies, juices, lemonade, and sodas.
