Citizen Eatery is a restaurant in Austin that serves delicious and contemporary vegan cuisine using organic and locally produced ingredients whenever possible.
The breakfast menu offers for example a tofu scramble or vegan sausage breakfast, and the main menu has a selection of starters, salads, burgers (for example, their smoked green chili burger), fries that are served with vegan aioli, and a choice of all-vegan side dishes that include cheesy cauliflower and coleslaw. The dessert menu is also completely vegan. A kids menu is provided and gluten-free options are available throughout the menu.
The drinks menu offers kombucha, organic hot teas, coffee, and sodas.
