Sunshine's Vegetarian Deli

Sunshine's Vegetarian Deli is a health food store and eatery in Houston that serves nutritious, healthy and delicious food.

They are not strictly a vegan venue, however, many of the dishes on the menu are vegan-friendly and they have raw vegan options available such as a mixed kale and cabbage salad as well a choice of cooked salads including a potato salad made with veganaise and hummus. They offer a variety of tasty burgers (for example, a black bean burger), a selection of po boys, a range of sandwiches and wraps, pasta dishes (for example, lasagne), enchiladas, and nachos.
