King's BierHaus is an eatery in Houston that serves German artisan sausages.
Although a meat-serving establishment, they have a few vegan-friendly sausages on their menu. These include the 'Italian' made with fresh eggplant, the 'Chipotle' made with spicy chipotle pepper, chile peppers and sweet onion and the 'Smoked Apple Sage' made with potatoes and apples.
They serve a wide range of German beers and have a great selection of cocktails and other liqueur based drinks.
