Samurai Noodle is a restaurant in Houston that serves delicious and authentic Japanese cuisine and is one of three eateries, the other two are in Seattle.
Although a meat-serving eatery, they offer appetizers of spicy tofu and soy tofu and a couple of ramen dishes including a miso vegan stir-fry.
