Bò Né is a Vietnamese restaurant in Woodbury. Traditional Vietnamese cooking is renowned for its fresh ingredients, minimal use of oil and reliance on herbs and vegetables.
Vietnamese cuisine always features a combination of five fundamental taste elements: spice, sour, bitter, salty and sweet. The food at Bò Né is available to dine in or take out and, although the menu is overwhelmingly meat-based, they do have a vegan section on the menu. This section comprises of four 'Vegan Style Eggs and Ham' dishes: spring rolls, hoagie, rice platter and vermicelli noodles. The vegan 'eggs and ham' are made from bean curd.
