The Hoppy Monk in San Antonio is one of two eateries in Texas that serve tasty, made from scratch food.
Although a meat-serving restaurant, they have a vegan tofu scramble dish on their Sunday brunch menu and on their lunch and dinner menu, they offer a dish called Pozole Verde (a green chile broth with tofu) and a Brussel sprouts dish prepared with salsa macha, apple, agave syrup and roasted almonds.
