Pho Kapahulu is a vegan-friendly Vietnamese kitchen which offers a vegetarian menu, with many of the options which can be made vegan on request. These include the vegetable curry, the papaya salad, the spring rolls with rice paper, tofu stirfry and vegan pho. They offer real vegetable broth.
