Dara Thai Café is an omni Thai restaurant in New River. Vegan dishes include Bangkok tofu (fried tofu, peanuts, potatoes, spinach, in a red curry sauce with coconut milk and peanuts) and the sweet and sour tofu (tempura tofu topped with sautéed fresh cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, bell peppers and pineapple in a sweet and sour sauce). Note that vegan items are not labeled on the menu, so be sure to request vegan when placing your order.
