True Food Kitchen is an omni health-food restaurant chain which uses seasonal and nutrient-dense ingredients, following the principles of the anti-inflammatory diet pioneered by Dr. Andrew Weil. There are numerous vegan items on the menu including charred cauliflower, kale guacamole, the T.L.T. (tempeh, lettuce and tomato sandwich) and the teriyaki quinoa bowl. Eat-in, take-away, private-dining and catering services are available.
