El Tovar Dining Room is an omni restaurant located inside the El Tovar lodge at the Grand Canyon. Vegan items on the menu include the stuffed Portobello mushroom (spinach, onion, artichoke hearts, roasted tomatoes, bell peppers, mushrooms, red pepper coulis over wild rice wheatberry pilaf) and eggplant Napoleon (grilled eggplant, red onion, zucchini, yellow squash, roasted red pepper marinara, soft polenta). Guests can dine in the restaurant, order room service and book their meals up to 90 days in advance. Due to the popularity of the restaurant, advance booking is recommended.
