El Quinto Sol is a vegetarian restaurant in Laredo that serves Mexican and American inspired cuisine.
They are not strictly vegan, however, they do have a few vegan options and other dishes on the menu can be made vegan on request. Their dishes are full of delicious vegetables and plant-based ingredients and meat substitutes are available throughout the menu including a soy picadillo (a Cuban-style hash) and seitan.
The drinks menu offers healthy shakes, juices, sodas, and plant-based milk is provided.
