Rush Hour Station is a relaxed and casual eatery offering Vietnamese fusion food of appetizers, soups, sandwiches and entrées to eat in or carry-out. Rush Hour Station has many vegan options and most items on the menu which aren’t can be made vegan on request. This is true for everything from the Basil Stir Fry with onion, beansprouts and bell peppers, to the Drunken Noodles spicy rice noodles, just choose the right protein and specify you want it vegan! There are often vegan specials, such as the delicious Tempura Oyster Mushroom with teriyaki sauce. Not everything is clearly marked on the menu, so do check when ordering.
