Bamboo Sushi is a Japanese eatery which offers vegan sushi rolls, including the fried tofu with veggies, avocado and shiitake glaze. They have vegetarian options, which can be easily made vegan. The Green Machine can have the aioli removed, and the Miso Honey can have the honey sauce removed. Please ask if the Avocado Nigri is vegan, and specify dietary requirements when ordering.
