Cubo is a Cuban restaurant with a bar. They have many labelled vegan options, and all of their bowls are dairy free (but not all vegan.) Their vegan options include Picadillo de Soya with soy crumbles and spices, and a vegan tropical, Caribbean salad. All sides and sauces are vegan.
