Sushi Sasa is an award-winning Japanese omni restaurant in Denver. Vegan options include the Shiromiso soup (exotic mushrooms, assorted seaweed, silken tofu, scallions), shiitake salad (mixed greens, grilled shiitake, vegetables, mushroom escabeche), grilled artichoke (sweet wasabi soy marinade, tossed in a garlic butter, miso, vegan aioli), a soba and an udon noodle dish. It is advised to check with the chef that the vegetarian tempura and sushi rolls are suitable for vegans.
