Plant Theory is an all-vegan café and market serving artisan crafted food, cold pressed juices and kombucha on tap. They have a focus on organic, local and superfood ingredients with lots of raw and gluten-free options. They also hold various community events.
Their dishes include seasoned artichokes with gluten-free waffles, Green No ‘Eggs’ and Sam (scrambled beans a lá benedict style topped with coconut bacun and cashew’daise sauce), raw coconut crêpes, tofu egg salad, raw neatball wrap, BBQ guava pulled jackfruit bowl and a Reuben with a Twist made with marinated soy-free "hempeh", melted cheeze, caraway sauerkraut and tangy sauce.
Their desserts include raw cheezecake, raw chocolate cupcakes, ice cream sundaes and kombucha ice cream floats!
