Morning Glory Farm Fresh Café is an omni American restaurant in Lafayette. Vegan choices include the tofu scramble (sautéed onions, mushrooms, spinach, tomatoes, tofu, black or brown rice), coconut tofu (with ginger and fresh lime, brown or black rice, rainbow vegetables) and Sriracha-citrus tofu steak (with jalapenos, limes, apple-sesame slaw, black rice). Locally-sourced ingredients are used wherever possible. The restaurant is in a beautiful setting and has outdoor seating on the patio.
