Sherpa Café is a Nepalese restaurant in Gunnison. Vegan items include Tofu Aloo (tofu, potatoes and peas in a flavorful tomato onion sauce), Saag curry (creamed spinach and tofu, spiced with fresh garlic, cumin and ginger) and vegetable samosas. Note that vegan items are not labeled on the menu, so be sure to request vegan when placing your order.
