Nozawa Sushi Restaurant is an omni Asian restaurant in Avon. Vegan dishes include the panang curry with tofu, garlic stir-fry (straw mushrooms, baby corn, broccoli, snow peas, zucchini, bamboo shoots, onions, fresh basil) and Szechuan tofu (stir-fried with green and red bell peppers, onions, zucchini and snow peas). There are also vegan sushi options, but note that vegan items are not labeled on the menu, so be sure to request vegan when placing your order.
