Sitara Indian Restaurant and Lounge is an omni Indian restaurant in Urbana. There is a big vegetarian section on the menu, with vegan dishes such as channa masala (chickpeas cooked in spices with onion, ginger and garlic), yellow dal and bhindi masala (fresh okra sautéed with onion, tomato and Indian spices). Note that vegan items are not labeled on the menu, so be sure to request vegan when placing your order.
