Ed’s Cantina and Grill is an omni Mexican restaurant in Estes Park, locally-owned since 1986. There is a separate vegan menu, with delights such as the quinoa-black bean patty (served with fries, salad or street corn), fajitas, burritos, tacos and the kale-blueberry salad. There is also an extensive gluten-free menu. The restaurant has an event room available for private hire.
