The focus at Babette's is on organic, local and seasonal ingredients and their menu features a wide variety of vegetarian and vegan specialties (their soups, sauces and dressings are all dairy-free!) They have an organic juice bar with smoothies and refreshing cleansing juices and many vegan-friendly options on the menu.
Vegan items are not marked as such so you will need to double check with your server when ordering. Dishes include BBQ Organic Tofu, Chickpea Hummus, the California Sandwich (crispy organic tofu or grilled organic tempeh, avocado, tomato, organic greens in a whole wheat tortilla, tofu ranch dressing, sweet potato fries) and Organic Crisp Tofu Tacos.
